As cold as it is up there, it certainly seems like weatherization retrofits will be helpful to the residents. The Recovery Act is really going to help, as you said, middle-income residents, by creating jobs, as well as safe and healthy homes. The Recovery Act is furthering the green movement, which may be the hope that our economy, and our people, is looking for. We need the green movement to help our people, our environment, and our economy. It sure looks like things are doing well in Maine!
