And I have been trying to contact the company now for 2 months and can't even get them to reply to an email or phone call!!!! Thank you for your comments. We have just received word that there are numerous complaints - including the Navy. Your post will help set the record straight so others don't suffer as you have done. I have owned a Acadia heat pump now for 3 years!
