		<description>I agree that funding weatherization and auditing programs is a great place to start saving. My concern is that installation of proper heating appliances, coupled with installation quality is suffering.
We are not spending enough of these Federal dollars on things that make an immediate impact. If we consider most of are heating needs are supplied by fossil fuels, why won&#039;t we spend most of our dollars on equipment that uses less and would decrease usage now.
Don&#039;t confuse this with being anti green. I am a big supporter of Solar power and many other alternative fuel sources. My concern is we are not taking care of the root problem before we try to save the world. Let&#039;s spend more time with the basic&#039;s and hit a single, then we can go for the home run with someone on base.</description>
