This grant for Augusta, awarded under the Small Community Air Service Development Program, will help to fund a marketing campaign to increase ridership on the community’s Essential Air Service.

To whom it may concern:
I am a resident of the State of Maine with a on-going probate matter that has broad coverage of Railroad interests in New England. In recent
probate matters held in NY It is further revealed
that my Father held railroad stockholder interests
yet to be addressed before the Honorable Justice. It has recently been announced that
the State of Maine is securing interests in
Rail where the Federal programs such as
Genesee New York rail has its termination
location in Auburn Maine under Andrew Carnegie council oversight. As a family probate interest in New York and versely Vermont NH Maine NY probate is “work in progress” and active in Conrail and old New York rail ownership here to remain in maine be it partial or complete in the decision of the courts. A Vermont probate is currently being addressed as well as family holdings in New Hampshire. I would like to have audience to the committee formulated by the State of Maine under the direction of Mr. David Cole and recent contact with the Governor’s office with query. Please advise as to a process that is currently engaged as to bond construction of this area of interest. I would like to be included in these buis. proposal process now under review.
Respectfully,
Richard A. Ferraro
